About Smart Fin 365

Smart Fin 365 provides personal and family financial-management functionality including financial records, planning, calculations, reporting and related services.

Calculations, projections and tax estimates depend on information supplied to Smart Fin 365 and applicable governed rules. They are informational and do not replace qualified financial, tax or legal advice.

Account and storage

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your Smart Fin 365 credentials, authentication methods and connected Google account.

Smart Fin 365 uses authorized Google Drive storage for applicable user financial information. Your application-managed financial files remain associated with and owned through your Google account.

Plans and Premium access

Smart Fin 365 may offer Premium functionality through approved subscription Plans. Before purchase, the applicable Plan presents the relevant commercial and lifecycle terms.

Commercial termsPrice, currency, billing period and subscription duration
Lifecycle termsGrace period, renewal and cancellation treatment
Historical protectionThe applicable Plan/version may be preserved with the subscription

Payment processing

Smart Fin 365 currently uses Cashfree as its supported payment service provider. Cashfree processes supported payment transactions and provides applicable payment status and transaction information.

Responsibility split: Cashfree processes the transaction. Smart Fin 365 determines the resulting subscription and Premium entitlement.

Premium activation

Automatic paid Premium activation occurs only after Smart Fin 365 successfully verifies the required successful-payment evidence.

A pending, failed, cancelled, expired or otherwise unverified payment attempt does not by itself establish paid Premium entitlement.

Payment retries

Smart Fin 365 does not automatically repeat a failed payment under the currently approved retry policy. After the previous payment attempt reaches a verified unsuccessful state, you may initiate another permitted payment attempt.

Each payment attempt is separately processed, verified and recorded to help prevent duplicate or ambiguous subscription activation.

Renewal

Paid Premium renewal requires the applicable verified successful payment. A successful renewal extends the subscription according to the applicable Plan and Smart Fin 365 Billing rules.

Cancellation

Cancelling Premium stops applicable future renewal. Unless the applicable Plan expressly provides otherwise, cancellation does not retrospectively cancel an already completed paid period.

You may therefore retain applicable Premium access until the current paid entitlement period ends.

Grace period and expiry

Where the applicable Plan provides a grace period, Smart Fin 365 applies the approved grace-period treatment before final expiry.

If the required verified renewal has not occurred by the end of the applicable grace period, Premium entitlement may end and the account becomes subject to the applicable Smart Fin 365 access rules.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable Smart Fin 365 refund policy, not solely by the payment provider.

Where Smart Fin 365 approves an eligible refund, the transaction is reconciled and submitted through the supported payment provider where applicable. The original payment, invoice and subscription history may remain preserved as historical and audit evidence.

Owner review: the final refund eligibility/window rule is still to be locked before publication.

Invoices and receipts

Smart Fin 365 may generate invoices, receipts and applicable refund documentation. Billing documents may contain Plan information, billing period, amount, applicable taxes, payment status, payment-provider information and transaction references.

Previously issued billing documents and accepted subscription versions are preserved as historical records and are not automatically rewritten because a Plan, price or Billing policy later changes.

Administrative Role management

Smart Fin 365 Roles and application access are governed by Smart Fin 365. Automatic payment-driven Premium activation and authorized administrative Role management are separate governance processes.

An authorized administrative Role change does not create or falsify a Cashfree transaction, payment, invoice or payment-provider record.

Third-party services

Some Smart Fin 365 functionality depends on approved third-party services, including Google and the supported payment provider. Availability may be affected by provider outages, authorization changes, permissions or other service conditions outside Smart Fin 365's direct control.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, defeat security or owner-isolation controls, falsify records, introduce malicious content, interfere with service operation or use Smart Fin 365 unlawfully.

Support, suspension and retention

Support requests may be handled through Smart Fin 365 Support Assistant and applicable notification mechanisms.

Access may be suspended where required for security, misuse or legal reasons. Required security, audit, support, subscription and billing history may be retained.

Changes and contact

Material changes to these Terms receive a new version and may require fresh acceptance.
